In 2012 I set up the English Florist and a couple of years later opened a studio in Stalbridge situated on the Dorset Somerset border, from where I design and create bespoke floral arrangements for weddings, events and funerals across the South of England.

My road into floristry started many years ago, when working in London I enrolled on an evening course to indulge my creative side, I then did nothing further with florals until I moved to Dorset in 2007.  I then studied for a further two years to gain my professional floristry qualifications and furthered my knowledge and experience by working for freelance florists and florist shops in the area, before branching out on my own.

Inspired by the abundant mixed borders of our wonderful English gardens. I specialise in using English varieties such as scented garden roses and fantastic fluffy peonies, nothing beats the subtlety of colour and glorious scent.
