ABOUT

Hi, I’m Oonagh, a 50-something mum to two spirited lurchers, with a deep love for Cornwall, the sea, art, and long, relaxed evenings with good friends and delicious food.
My path into floristry began while living in London, when I enrolled in an evening course to indulge my love of flowers. After moving to Dorset in 2007, I spent three years gaining professional floristry qualifications, subsequently refining my skills as a freelance florist before establishing my own studio.
Over the last decade, as well as having the privilege of creating beautiful florals for couples across the South West, I’ve enjoyed teaching floristry classes and I continue to managing three wedding and event venues for the prestigious Fonthill Estate in Wiltshire.
Tucked away on the Dorset-Somerset border between Sherborne and Shaftesbury, from my boutique studio, I specialise in loose, natural arrangements inspired by classic English garden borders. I weave together subtle, two-toned scented blooms, aromatic herbs, romantic garden roses, and seasonal hedgerow finds like soft grasses, berries, and seed heads.
My work has been featured in Condé Nast Bride, Rock My Wedding, Wedding Sparrow, and beyond. Whether you're marrying in a grand historic estate or a romantic country barn, I can't wait to work with you, and bring your floral vision to life.
