In 2012, Oonagh set up the English Florist. Situated on the Dorset, Somerset border. She designs and creates bespoke floral arrangements for weddings, events and funerals across the South of England.

Her road into floristry started many years ago. When working in London she enrolled on an evening course to indulge her creative side. She did nothing further with florals until moving to Dorset in 2007, when she went back to college and studied for a further two years to gain professional floristry qualifications. She furthered her knowledge by working as a freelance florist before branching out on her own.

Inspired by the abundant mixed borders of our wonderful English gardens, she specialises in using English flower varieties such as scented garden roses, nothing beats their subtlety of colour and glorious scent.
